Rakshit research works on the concept of integrated product development, which caters to all the product requirements of our API business. To do this, we have a well-equipped R&D centre with all of the essential infrastructure, instruments, and domain experts, including 100+ scientists, who are always working on new product introduction, newer process innovation, and analytical development in tandem.

Analytical R & D

Rakshit has the domain expertise and state-of-the-art-facilities to develop analytical methods for evaluating quality of raw materials, Intermediates, final products, Genotoxic, Nitrosamines and specific impurities related activities.

Analytical research lab at Rakshit is physical and chemical equipped to conduct complete characterisation of API's.

State of art in Analytical research lab equipped with LC/MS-MS, Preparative HPLC, HPLC, GC, Particle size analyser and other instruments.

Manufacturing

Rakshit has 6 cGMP compliance manufacturing facilities located in Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam, India.

Each of our manufacturing facilities is designed, equipped and operated to deliver high quality products within defined cost and delivery schedules. We have capabilities in wide range of APIs / intermediates and have handled varied process reactions and reactor volumes exceeding 800+KL.

As a Group, We are self-sustaining and have backward integration with vital APIs. To be cost effective, we manufacture all of our essential intermediates in-house. We strictly adhere to worldwide safety, health, and environmental standards, and our manufacturing facilities are ISO certified.

Our facilities produce a variety of therapeutic categories involving varied chemical reactions.
Our facilities are approved by Global Regulatory agencies like the USFDA, EU GMP, TGA, ANVISA, COFEPRIS, Japan PMDA, Korea (MFDS), CDSCO-India, GMP, WHO-GMP, EU – Written confirmation.

FACILITIES:

There are 200+ reactors at present, including GLR and SSR.
Reactor capacity range from 100L to 12KL.
The pilot plant is utilized for scaling up and low volume activities.
The in-house process development lab focuses on technology adoption, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.
Operates at temperatures ranging from -70 to +160 degrees.
We are the largest producer of Sildenafil Citrate and leading manufacturer of several other products.
